This policy explains what information Prop-Mix ("we", "us") collects when you use the prop-mix.com website or the Prop-Mix app, and how we use it. Prop-Mix is currently in development; some features described below are not yet live, and this policy will be updated as the product changes.
We do not collect or store your sportsbook login credentials or payment information. Any wager you place happens on your sportsbook's own platform, under that sportsbook's own terms.
We don't sell your personal information. We may share limited data with service providers who help us run the site and app (such as hosting or email delivery), under agreements that limit how they can use it. We may also disclose information if required by law.
The website may use basic cookies or similar technology to remember simple preferences and to understand aggregate traffic. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, though some preferences may not be remembered.
We keep information for as long as it's needed for the purposes described here, or as required by law, and delete or anonymize it afterward.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@prop-mix.com. We'll respond as quickly as we can.
Prop-Mix is not directed at anyone under the legal age to wager in their jurisdiction, and we don't knowingly collect information from children.
If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, let you know directly.
